Handheld U Card Reader Rental

Would you like to track attendance or collect data from your events? Handheld U Card readers are your solution! This service is available for departments only - student groups are not eligible.

Handheld U Card readers allow you to swipe U Cards and track attendance and/or collect data about the card holder.

  • Departments and groups must complete an Access Request Form prior to using a U Card reader.
  • We rent U Card readers at $75 per reader per day. For large or multiple day events we can provide you with a quote. Please email [email protected] for a quote.
  • Handling the U Card reader is easy and we will train you on how to operate the machine.
