Sometimes the image file format your picture is in may be unsupported by our uploading tool. We recommend using a free online tool such as Cloud Convert to convert your file into a JPG format. Once your image is converted, download the new file and upload it to our upload tool.
Conversion Steps:
- Go to Cloud Convert
- Select the filetype your image is currently in
- Set the output format to JPG
- Upload your existing image
- Wait for image to process
- Download new image
- Upload via our Photo Upload site
