My U Card is not scanning for my parking contract

  1. Contact Parking and Transportation Services to ensure your contract is currently active and that you are parking in the correct area.
  2. Bring your U Card into the U Card Office to have it checked for physical damage or card malfunction.

Recent replacement card? Parking Contracts will take until 7:00 AM the next day to transfer to a new U Card. If it has been more than 1 business day, proceed with the above steps.
