Current students and staff in good standing with the University are automatically granted door access for most buildings on campus. Door access is managed by the Department of Public Safety.
Troubleshooting steps:
- Ensure you are attempting to access the building during its public or university hours of operation.
- Talk to your supervisor, department administrative staff, or building lead to ensure you have access to the building.
- If they confirm you do have access, and your U Card is still not scanning in, stop in the U Card Office to have your card tested.
